How to Make Italian Stuffed and Baked Tomatoes

This is a summer favourite in Rome. One of my subscribers on the YouTube channel tells me that the greengrocers sell tomatoes especially for baking with rice 'pomodori per risi' - they are thick skinned so they're easy to hollow out.
